Today I had a client who got some surface anchors or the improper "dermals" on a vacation in North Carolina. The jewelryvwas embedding and causing a severely uncomfortable reaction with the body. Upon removing them I discovered the metal quality was so low they actually were breaking in the tissue. After the large pieces were removed I had to further struggle removing allure shrapnel from her lower back. The client stuck in there like a champ and was extremely happy to have this super jewelry removed from her body. Beware of cheap jewelry and unskilled artists. Your health is not worth saving a few dollars.
