We visited a Makerspace workshop today. Forty girls got a task of designing a futuristic city with electronics, 3D printers, programmable gadgets and laser cutters. They also received existential catastrophies from this circle they had to deal with. Amazing! I have been training for this performance test for months. They did a lot of physiological measurements on me before going on the treadmill and increasing speed by 2 every three minutes. They also took blood tests to measure my lactate levels. All in all, I learnt that exercising 30 minutes on average every day shows its effects on my health and there is a reason why I used to be a sprinter and I still don't run half-marathons. :) #themedicalfuturist #digitalhealth #sensor #health #healthy #lifestyle #running #treadmillworkout
