We're always a bit in awe when we are reminded that the @ironmantri is a 1.2 mile swim followed by a 56 mile bike ride AND a half Marathon! Simon Allison took on this challenge in memory of his wife Sarah and he and his supporters have raised £2550 so far to help fund essential sarcoma research, support and awareness.
