Colourful colourful orzo and freekeh salads from Roots & Fruits.

As I was plating this up I realised I had accidentally made some weird Asian-Mexican fusion Buddha bowl whose flavours definitely don't mix. I suppose that's why I'd never make it as a chef! It was what I was feeling tonight and each tasted excellent individually so win-win after all 👌🏼. Puy lentils, black beans & rice with an enchilada sauce, garlic & sesame mushrooms both served up with some greens.
Orzo salad for the train journey home.
