I’m an immigrant and naturalized citizen documenting the raids and trauma happening in our neighborhoods. I’ve been one of the photographers on the ground in Chicago, informing people about the conditions at Broadview and what’s happening in our communities. I’m now raising funds to travel to other cities and towns to help share the stories being silenced. Hey everyone, I’ll be hitting the road with @bykenncook (Kenn Cook Jr.) in the first week of December as we head to Memphis to support the community facing the apartheid-level policies harming Black and Brown neighborhoods. After Memphis, I’ll be continuing on to New Orleans.

This project is completely grassroots. I’m still looking for support. Your help goes directly toward travel, bringing another photojournalist for safety and shared storytelling, camera gear, living expenses, legal needs, and the costs of publishing and distributing this work.
