Meet Allie Kawamoto ✨ Throughout her 16-year career at the Disneyland Resort, Allie has made an impact in a variety of roles across the resort - including as a leader of the COMPASS Business Employee Resource Group (BERG). In her position, Allie showcases her passion for ensuring authentic cultural representation of the Asian American and Pacific Islander community across the resort with offerings like the Children’s Day window display on Main Street, U.S.A. to honor the Japanese celebration this month.
