Here we go the at beast_london_ experience! 1.2kg of Norwegian king crab and 800g of Nebraska bone in rib eye dry aged on premises. The crab is amazing. So sweet. And you know how I feel about goodman steak, but I think this is better here? The texture is smoother, more consistent, deeper smokiness, plumper... Different from a josper. More Keens than Luger. It's great. This is Bliss!
