So I've had a few people ask what I have been doing to get back into shape after giving birth to Oliver.. I  have just completed the Kayla Itsines 12 Week Bikini Body Training Guide. These are my results. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with how I looked before, my body gave me the most amazing little man.. I just decided that I wanted to increase my level of fitness and feel healthier. Being able to fit back into my old clothes is an added bonus as well! 😊 @kayla_itsines #kaylaitsines
