#roadtrip #tip from a #mom: prepacked baggies of fruit and veggies. I made about 25 baggies filled with apples, carrots, cooked and chilled edamame, strawberries, cucumbers and peeled clementines. They are all washed, cut and snack ready. I used my preschooler's insulated lunch tote and a Medela breast milk travel tote lol. We have been happily snacking away for the last 18 hours and the fruit/veg are still cold! I also have a bag of crackers, cereal, nuts, breakfast bars and a secret stack of lollipops for emergencies!
