nutritionalbiteVegan Choc-peanut butter chia pudding! Bottom layer is cacao nibs, topped with chia pudding mixed with 1tbs of PB2, layered with buckinis, then topped with chia pudding mixed with 1tbs @loving_earth cacao powder and 1 tbs raw homemade peanut butter. The chia pudding was simply 1/4 cup chia seeds mixed with @almondbreezeaus and left overnight to set.
