- thick.fit.litOk!(and I really appreciate you replying) I tried them but I always like to research exercises before I add them to my routines. I think most people try to do them with heavy weights, in that sense, I can see how it could add muscle. I also have to take in account that I'm a) eating at a caloric deficit and b) I'm using light weights, I won't be adding much muscle under those circumstances. I totally love all the exercises you post. You're such an inspiration. 😊
