"Adopt a Kitchen" ::: This may not be an "impressive" food photo, but the events of this photo blew my mind. Last night I went to teach the single moms more healthy clean inexpensive cooking. Zero had ever had quinoa, walnuts, or lentils. These two quinoa salads one with tomato avocado onion parsley olive oil basil and s/p/lemon they devoured. The sweet one w cranberry, raisin, walnut mint and an OJ agave dressing, even the KIDS asked for seconds. I am driving the point home about clean food and cost efficiency and their kids health depending on it. They are getting it and we are doing this!!! I don't have a website yet for Adopt A Kitchen but hopefully in the near future. #####. If u want to get involved, you know where to message me. Their main Kitchen needs a new set of nontoxic and rust-free (yes they have rusted pans one of which I secretly threw away), a reverse osmosis filter (theirs is dead) or a big stock of GROUND ORGANIC coffee, any food gift cards (whole foods, TJ) ....thanks for reading 🙏😘✨💫 #adoptakitchen #fridacooks
