Phase two of Adopt a Kitchen. The newly housed moms were so much fun they were happy and shocked that I only spent $20 on all the food they ate. The clean food lecture was inspiring and they were taking notes, and are go search and read on the Internet. It struck up this incredible conversation about where their health and their lives are leading, and the food they are giving their kids. As soon as you start talking to someone about our food supply, the chemicals and what eating clean means (and it doesn't mean boring!!), then that's when the statement "Knowledge is Power" comes to life. ✌️
