Post your snacks and don't forget to add #YESTOSNACKS and #YESTOMOVEMENT One of my favorite snacks is deviled eggs. Ingredients include 6 organic eggs, 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard (your favorite mustard), a pinch of salt, and paprika. To hard boil the eggs place them in an inch of cold water. Put them on the stove on high heat. Once the water boils remove the eggs and cover with a lid. Let them sit for 12 minutes. Then drain the water and let them cool until you are ready to peal them. After you have removed the shells, cut the eggs in half. Scoop out the yolk and add them to the mayonnaise, mustard, and salt. Mash together. Then spoon the ingredients evenly into the eggs.
