  • hello_lexWhen I'm pressed for time ⌚️ --"crunch time" 😉-- I take a few laps 🏃 (give or take) around our cul-de-sac 🌀 with my very #fit pomeranian, Mogley 🐾. We soak up some vitamin D ☀️ and he gets in his #workout too 💪 while I do various #exercises each lap 👣 i.e. lunges, frog jumps 🐸, squats. It keeps my heart rate up 💓 while still working my entire body. We finish up with a delicious #jambajuice 🍹; I always keep one frozen ❄️ for times like this. I swear he looks at me strange 👀 but we're a #fit team 🏁 and his puppy strength is superb 👌 #jambajuice #jambafit #fitspiration #healthyliving #fitfam
