The Battle of the Brei has ended...and everybody won. Here's @alisoneroman's awesome recipe: Fry onions in butter and soak 4 matzo boards in hot water until soft. Beat 6 eggs and add matzo. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in nonstick skillet with fried onions, low and slow like a soft scramble till just cooked through. Serve with apple sauce and sour cream.
