A rare finding deep in my fridge, a Samuel Adams Triple Bock from 1995. This 17.5% #beer was only brewed in 1994, 1995 and 1997. Now I ask the experts if it's still drinkable (some people mean it wasn't even drinkable when it was new...), if there are any collectors out there who are interested or if It's only good for pouring out? @samueladamsbeer #samadamsbeer #triplebock

  • paleskinnyswedeAny thoughts, @therealrydan? Should we ask Mårten?
  • mantheersI'm not sure if storing it at that low temperature for such a long period of time have brought it to it's full potential. That being said it's most likely very drinkable. Just be careful with the cork falling apart as it's most likely dry as the Sahara
  • flygmicke@mantheers Yes, 4-6°C probably stops it - but it has been lying down so I hope the cork is ok.
