Reflecting on the whole 30 I finished in March. Wondering if these healthier habits were the key as opposed to certain foods. Gonna try for these changes instead of forbidding foods.

  • donielleThat's what I've found. :-) No matter the whole foods diet people have success on, these are the things they all have in common.
  • jessicagfisher@donielle It seems like you'd have to institute these changes first to really see the effectiveness of an elimination diet. Isn't it a false experiment otherwise? Am I missing anything else? Exercise I suppose?
  • donielleI think so! It's why so many people have good luck with any new diet, it's the first time they do many of these things. Them they think they have to stay on a strict diet forever. Exercise would be good to add.....that's the one I have a tough time with follow through though! 😉
