gnclivewellRoasted Red Pepper Hummus #GNCFeast
1/2 c water
6 T fresh lemon juice
3 halves or jarred roasted red pepper
2 scoops GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Naturally Unflavored
2 1/2 c garbanzo beans
1 T garlic powder
1/2 tsp each: salt, pepper, cumin
Directions: Blend all ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Use as dip for veggies, crackers or sandwich spread. Great healthy holiday dish!
