  • jeanapetree@outofthewoods It'll be awesome! I ended up going through a couple times- it took me awhile to figure out how to get decent pics in there. And then, I couldn't get enough of it!
  • jeanapetree@nasr_alarji This is Lower Antelope Canyon in Page, Arizona. The light in that slot canyon is amazing. I edited this using Snapseed, and got these colors by adjusting the temperature setting.
  • nasr_photographyIt's a wonderful place .. When advised to visit this place?
  • outofthewoodsOh really, any shooting tips? I've never shot in a place like that either.
  • jeanapetree@outofthewoods Well, I'm no expert. There's lots of good advice online- do a little research so you know what to expect. I went to the upper and lower canyon- you have to go with a guide for the upper and can explore on your own in the lower canyon. Best time is between 11-1. Shoot f11-18, 2-6 sec shots. Use a wide angle lens. Use cloudy or fluorescent light mode. Look around and be creative- there are good views all around. Be warned, it can get crowded. You'll learn to be fast!
  • davidmartincreative@paotova ... Yes!!
  • leonardo_arquitetunsWow Fantastic...
  • theschwartz24Unbelievable! Definitely one of my favorite pics I've seen on ig
  • jeanapetree@leonardo_arquitetuns Thank you!
  • jeanapetree@theschwartz24 Well, that's quite a compliment! Thanks! It's a very unique and beautiful place! Hope you can see it in person someday.
  • jeanapetree@markgbr You'll love it! I just got lucky to see that light beam. Apparently, it only happens during certain times of the year, and it only lasted a few minutes. The guides in the upper canyon know exactly when and where the light beams will occur. See my above comment to @outofthewoods for more info on shooting there. garyhartblog.com has some good tips - wish I had read it before my trip there!
