Hawick, a small town in the Scottish Borders is best known for it's annual Common Riding, rugby football and a world renowned cashmere and knitwear industry. A derelict spinning mill and 'A' listed building - built over a river, including a Victorian waterwheel have been transformed into a cinema, theatre and art and conference centre, coffee shop cafe and music house and information centre. Looking very contemporary and quite European in the mixed light of early evening. #visitscotland #scotland #hawick #towermill #borders #scottishborders #architecture #renovation #contemporary #cinema #theatre #venue
