ericblue76Deadlifting near Long Beach. Great lifting session: learned a little foundation training, solid feedback and tips from a competitive Olympic-style lifter (cool guy) on deadlift (more hips, less back on heavy - ouch), squat (work on depth and some mobility, and bench (whoah... Impossible!). Bench is obviously good, but crushing legs these next 6 months... In a good way :)
