When I was 12, Dad brought home a red Kay "State of the Art" strat copy. It looked a lot like this. He taught me some chords and songs, and my life was forever changed for the good. I played it 12 hours a day, til my fingers bled all over the fret board. We had no amp. It was electric, and no amplifier. When we did get an amp it was a gorilla amp. I sold it to upgrade guitars years ago, but I wish I still had it. Last I heard the fella who had it customized it with a rebel flag sticker. Happy Father's Day. Thanks Dad. #fathersday #firstguitar #bigdamnband #revpeyton #reverendpeyton #kayguitars
