blogilatesJust finished my Saturday night workout!!! If you're looking for great quick cardio, hop on the treadmill and set it at a really high speed that you can only sustain for about 30-45 sec. For me it's 10 mph. Hop on and sprint for 30 sec then hop off rest. Do this 10x you will sweat insanely. It's amazing! Try it!! #juneonfire #blogilatesbet
