Making burgers using the AIP Worcestershire from #TheHealingKitchen cookbook by @grazedandenthused and @thepaleomom. Regardless of what any recipe says, I like to add a couple tablespoons of @fatworks tallow to my ground beef since grassfed meats tend to be leaner. Why? 'Cause it tastes delicious.
