craigdavidGoing all out right now to be in the best shape of my life for my World Tour dates coming up & in my life Period! I want to give my all on stage & I will....with new increased energy levels & stamina to out run the Duracell Bunny! ;) Health has to come 1st as it makes for a clearer mind to be productive in this hectic world we live in & to be ready to enjoy the experiences life presents us rather than feeling sluggish or getting sick 24/7 especially when opportunities arise when we least expect them to. In retrospect I'm so thankful for the days I was over weight as a child as I really saw & felt how the majority of society likes to treat people who are unhealthy/overweight & with this a deeper internal strength was built that sometimes gets missed when aesthetically you've been told from birth how pretty, handsome, genetically gifted you are. As a teenager going through that testosterone fuelled phase was the biggest eye opener for me back in the day. Girls...Lol! Being the fat friend & the shoulder to cry on when the boyfriend messed around on the girl (I was clearly into) got so played out...trust me...! Especially when you'd connect on a deeper level with that girl, but she still wanted the captain of the school football team with the six pack! All good ;) Guess times have changed...& with that my care for impressing girls with my newly built abs is the least of my motivation for getting in shape...real talk! It's all about the mind body connection that is amazing about getting fit & it's this that has me firing on all cylinders everyday. I do this to feel great & impress myself!!!! When this is the reason & point of motivation no one else's opinion matters except those people you choose to listen to, but even then you can listen, but don't have to adhere to their views if you don't feel what is being said resonates with you. Right now I'm just #FollowingMyIntuition, being creative with my Music & sharing all the Love I have inside with everyone! Boom!! #CdWorldTour2013 #eatcleantraindirty #LoveRequiresNothingInReturn
