Lost my Headphones at the Gym today smh (somebody got me😩😒) so I didn't get to complete my Full Workout that I had plan. Music is my Motivation in the Gym it puts me in #BEASTMODE This is what I got done before my headphone came up missing πŸ‘Ž Knocked out 200 Crunches, 120 Squats. 2X40 Leg Ext with 70lb Weight. 25mins on Stair Master. Light Work, Slight Work!! There is NO SECRET to getting FIT... GET YOUR ASS UP and WORKOUT!!!
