ediblesfCorny, I know, but first word that came to mind was "delightful" when I opened this Domaine St. Chinian 2009 Mas au Schiste. Mostly Carignan, which right off the bat means it gonna be food friendly (thank you very much!) Raisiny with some cherry popsicle stuff going on. Delightful nose, heh, long finish with subtle lingering tannins. But whatever, its just plain delicious.
