- macroajitLove the way you've used the whole thing instead of chopping up the bok choy.
- indianfoodrocks@macroajit yes and no. I trimmed it just a tad from the bottom and separated the outer leaves but kept the heart intact. This allows the seasoning to get to the hearts. So there were individual leaves. You just can't see them in this picture.
