- mynewrootsAnswers: I cooked the rice and quinoa separately on different days, and mixed them together to finish the leftovers. The superfood sprinkle is a secret until the June issue of Bon Appetit magazine! ANC as for workouts, I love my Turbo Jam! Haha!!!
