- chrisremspecher@akilahh in modern sport medicine, they use "wet ice", coz in reaches deeper in the muscle. Take 2-3 washcloths, make them quite wet, put them in a plastic box into the freezer for a while. (2-3; to have always one which is frozen). Get well soon!
