- elonatrump@hltonini How do you cook them? I have a stack outside I wanted to do something with.
- hltonini@elongrad1997 cut into wedges, cleaning out the seeds. Bake skin side down in a pan filled with a little water to steam them @ 350. Cook until fork tender. When they're cool enough to touch, the skin should peel right off. Purée it until smooth. I put mine in freezer bags in the amounts I need for the recipes I use. It thaws pretty fast. It will be more liquified than what comes in a can from the store but still cooks fine in what I've used it in.
