At first I thought you had to force it but was told and soon realized that would only cause health problems. So how do you get your turnout as best as you can? Even if I myself can't get it at 180 degrees how do I get as much as possible? And how do I maximize my flexibility. I have all three splits but I want to be able to hyper extend and what not. Thanks in advance and sorry it's so long. :)
