Don't walk? Walk? Umm. This defect in the city's LED crosswalk signals is one of my urban pet peeves. The DOT never quite manages to fix them all. The flawed signals seem to sprout up yearly when the weather cools off. I've been writing/tweeting/kvetching about them since 2008. This offender is at 42nd and Lexington.

  • edwardmullanywas wondering what that was all about!
  • caryneveIt could be the city is trying to kill of the population of pedestrians. This would do it.
  • rolandopujol@caryneve What frustrates me is they really don't take it seriously!
