  • wearesuperveganRecipe for @funeralparty_ and whoever else: 2 cups kimchi (in this case, also homemade), chopped; 1 cup flour (used white whole wheat this time; all-purpose would be more traditional, or do half-and-half, but whole wheat was good!); 3 tsp egg replacer powder; 1 chopped scallion; enough water so batter is runny enough to fill pan with only a little pushing. Fried in a bit of oil in cast iron over medium heat about 3-4 minutes per side.
