  • merrimenteventsI'm using the vanilla cupcake and buttercream recipe from Back in the Day Bakery @martalocklear...the cake is so dense. You have trouble w/your cakes being too moist? I'm worried this one is too dry. It's just a practice one before I do the real one this weekend.
  • martalocklearWhen they are too moist, they crumb worse. Of course they are delish on the inside, but they are a pain to crumb coat. I will have to try your recipe. I can't wait to see the finished cake. Check out my pinterest, there is a killer blackberrry buttercream recipe on there that I have made that is to die for!!
