Went to @officialskylinechili for the first time and under the advisement of local @rad.scientist I discovered I had been doing it all wrong eating it from a can at home like regular chili. “Chili” is a misnomer and what Skyline is is more of a Greek/Macedonian type of Bolognese sauce which is mainly meant to be enjoyed ON OTHER FOODS like spaghetti or hot dogs (“Coneys”). So I tried three menu items. First, the “Three-Way” on spaghetti with a mound of shredded cheddar and diced onions. Then, on a Coney (smaller than your usual hot dog). Lastly, as a Chilito with chili and spaghetti wrapped in a tortilla.
