GET TO KNOW THE SAPPHIRE CITY DUO 💎 Rosario and Theresa met 2 years ago through church choir and became closer friends as they wrote music together remotely in 2021. Many say the blend of their vocals is like no other. Theresa brings her production and sound design to SAPPHIRE CITY, finding inspiration from artists like @tinashenow @brckhmptn and @rei.ami. She’s been producing since she was a sophomore in high school, focusing mainly on the singer-songwriter genre, but 10 years later now delves into SAPPHIRE CITY’s alternative pop/R&B sound. If she’s not making music off of her laptop, she’s probably listening to lofi hip hop covers of video game soundtracks. Rosario is currently an officer for @songwriterscircleuw but she first got her start in music by studying Western classical piano. She’s enjoyed expanding the world of her songwriting and delving into pop melodies with SAPPHIRE CITY and is also excited to continue exploring the limits of her vocal capability.
