He played something on guitar I remember he was standing in the living room close to the kitchen facing the front window where there was a fountain. and I sang the chorus to Sundown. What he was playing pulled it out of me instantly…. No thinking, no writing, Then later in maybe 2018 or 19 we picked it up again. Then set it down. To now see where the song has become fully realized for this album NOTHING PRECIOUS… w @alexmpebble @micahsamuelll and Dominic … it’s like the baby is being born. I don’t sweat posting clips of works in progress because … it’s the journey that matters, ya know. And i’m pretty clear on what needs to happen in the mix and what needs to be added… Excuse me for sounding sappy, but it’s been a minute since I’ve felt some magic.
