Hey everyone! Been quiet for a few weeks so just wanted to share a quick update: We are still working with the city, specifically around the parking situation. As you’ll see from the signs posted on the property, we filed an appeal with the Board of Adjustments to have the parking requirement reduced. The city wanted 18 parking spaces 🤦♂️🙄. That won’t be finalized until the end of April which is when our case will be presented. We’re also doing some additional work both inside and out. Adding a ramp in the back for wheelchair access, hand rails, and also wrapping up plumbing for grease trap and floor drains. Once we get the additional permits approved, we will be widening the driveway approach as well for future parking on our (small) driveway. There’s obviously other things too, but I’ll spare you the details…just know even though things are quiet on this front, we continue to work behind the scenes. I’m sure many other business owners can relate and understand!
