Piemonte in Los Angeles. This year, our annual Family Dinner with @tappancollective was inspired by La Morra, the hilltown in Piemonte that lends us our name. Deep bronze, jewel tones, quince, and candlelight framed the table for Barolo-braised beef, risotto finished with white truffles shaved tableside, and the simplest, most perfect poached pear.

Emmys night in LA. Last year, our pies found themselves at the HBO after party, in very shiny company.

Sungolds off duty.

We thought we knew sidewalk dining. Then we met you Wednesday night. Pizza on laps, wine on the pavement, gelati in the street, audible moans over peak tomato ripeness. The Summer of Tomato Pie continues August 13. Different block, same joy.

There’s an art to popping up with us. We started in 2016 with a pizza oven, damn good dough, and a habit of saying yes to wherever people wanted to gather. Bars, sidewalks, borrowed spaces. What began as pop up events evolved into our now full service catering and hospitality company.

These days, pop ups are rare. But when they happen, they’re a love letter. You pack the coffee shops. Bring your own chairs. Turn coolers into banquettes. You wait (sometimes too long) and still meet us with joy.

No dress code. No maître d’. Sometimes not even a table. Wine in plastic cups. Kids running wild. And somehow, it just works. Swipe for a taste of how you bring it to life.
