Daddy Chronicles We always hear that you should teach boys not to hit girls. I 100% agree with this BUT when I was a young boy I never heard girls being told not to hit boys. It made me feel like I wasn't protected and that I was in a lose lose situation if a girl attacked me. It was confusing because on one end I was told to defend myself but not to hit girls. I feel the conversation around protecting our boys is just as important as the one to protect or girls. Zendaya and Jo go at it sometimes like kids do but since Jo has been taught not to put his hands on her she felt she could get away with hitting him. I AINT HAVING THAT! Immediately I step in and make sure it's known that hitting him is 100% not okay for her to do the same way is not okay for him to hit her. Boys need to feel they will be protected by their parents the same as girls and parents need to teach their daughters not to hit boys.
