raymondbagatsingGot my Negative result. Thank you all for your well wishes and concern. I am touched and privileged to be connected with you all, even through social media. I am truly grateful for your love and friendship.
Quick anecdote :
After getting a Postive, I called the Doctor, that it might be a mistake, because I feel strong. Maybe weak sometimes from caloric deficit and daily IF ( fasting ), but I don’t feel sick at all. Or I thought so, anyway.
I asked Doctor how accurate is the Swab, because I fell alright. She said, it’ll just be the same result if I get another. So I trusted the process and did 2 weeks quarantine. Doctor advised, since, I am Asymptomatic, to be healthy and get my lungs stronger.
Most times, when I workout hard and do not eat enough on that training day, I do feel my lungs weaken. I was also careful staying indoors most time unless, necessary to go out. Very minimal exposure. Could be when I went out of town, I didn’t eat much, depended on caffeine, over workout and less nutrition - that could be when I became susceptible.
Regardless, I felt my body strong. One week into my quarantine, I did feel wheezing in my lungs. Intuitionally, I incorporated cold-pressed Malunggay to my daily diet. I still worked out heavily, but I ate more.
Then I read that Moringga leaves strengthens weak lungs. I kept taking 1/4th cup daily with my protein and veggie shakes. I felt lungs strengthen.
Also, a good friend mentioned when he tested Positive. He then went to get another test the next day. Negative. 2 days after. Negative. Then he got an Anti-body test. Negative.
Moral of the story: from my experience, the psychological challenges far outweighs the virus itself or the result.
Try to overcome the mind’s anxiety and fears. Know that it’s just a natural reaction, but not the entire truth. Our minds are so powerful that it can manifest anything if it truly believes. More so if it’s a misdiagnosis.
Mind’s fear and negative reactions can make everything worse or better. It is a challenge, but one worth understanding.
You are far more than the mind dictates.
Aim to be still, relaxed and healthy. Reach out. Believe. Keep going.
Much love,
Rama
