Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), a national South Korean network company, aired the movie "Bohemian Rhapsody" over the Lunar new year weekend. And the network deleted and blurred scenes showing same-sex kissing (i.e., man kissing another man) whereas kiss scenes between a man and a woman were not deleted or blurred by the network. We saw a couple of Instagram posts today with hashtags #BohemianKissChallenge and #All_kisses_are_equal which seem to have been started by a popular Korean gay couple on YouTube. And what a great idea by this couple to promote lgbtq representation in media and to start this movement on social media!
