Beautiful photo the Fyra looks beautiful against that winterscape! I still think my Fyra is like the “Porsche” of pizza ovens with is sleek design!! Thank you @oonihq for making such a great oven at such a great price point. Have been taking my Ooni Fyra out all winter as well!!!

Chocolate Panettone Tips 🍫🎄
✨Use 10% cocoa from total flour.
✨Mix with 3 parts boiling water, let cool + thicken.
✨ Add the cocoa paste at the end of the second dough for the best texture.
✨And yes—panettone loves a spiral mixer.

Base
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 clove garlic, grated

Toppings
• 1.5 cups charred corn
• 1 cup low-moisture mozzarella
• 1 sliced jalapeño
• ¼ cup cotija, crumbled
• Chorizo
• Cilantro, chopped
• Lime + crema to finish

The @oonihq Volt 2 is absolutely epic at making all different styles of pizza, but this oven isn’t just for pizza! Case in point, my tasty festive mince pie cinnamon rolls 😍 I absolutely love cinnamon rolls and mince pies, so when Ooni asked me to come up with a festive non-pizza recipe this was my opportunity to combine them together 😋

I’ve spoke a lot about the three pizza presets on the Volt 2, but there is also “oven mode” which I used for these! This replicates your home oven environment so is perfect for non-pizza bakes where you want lower more even temperatures 🔥 Whatever you bake it will be cooked to perfection 🙌🏼 The oven shelf is optional in this mode, but I opted for it when making these for a lighter bake to the base of the rolls 😊
