We made the ultimate Ice Cream for nut lovers: We roasted a mix of Cashews, Macadamias, Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Brazil Nuts, Pili Nuts and hazelnuts and blended it into a smooth nut butter which we then mixed into an Ice Cream base. We added a thick ribbon of butter caramel and for crunch we made Swedish Candied nut mix covered with a crisp coating of egg whites and sugar roasted in the oven. Comfortable & familiar yet deep & complex, this Ice Cream is like a solid long-term relationship.
