3.) Asking for someone's pronouns may feel awkward, but we can normalize it by asking, "What pronouns do you use?" or "Can you remind me which pronouns you like for yourself?" ❓
4.) Wear a pin with your pronouns to display on your jacket or bag. 🧥
❤️ Mistaking or assuming someone's pronouns can be really invalidating. If you mess up, it's okay! Everyone slips up from time to time. The best thing to do if you use the wrong pronouns for someone is to say something right away, like “Sorry, I meant (insert pronoun)”
