Do the regular kaweko cartridges fit in the TJ fountain pen?

Put the Kaweco piston converter, empty, into the pen and assemble the pen. This will push the piston in a bit. Now take it apart and make a note of how far out the piston is. Now just fill up making sure not to pull the piston out farther than it can go. Problem solved?

I think the only pocket pen that a Kaweco mini converter can fit is the Kaweco Sport.
