To address community concerns we will be hosting a public forum next Saturday. All community members are welcome to this forum, including our houseless community. We especially want labor unions and janitorial staff who work for UW to join the forum as UW BLM will support their negotiations with the University. We will also be hosting a mutual aid drive on the day of our forum for our house less folks, please contact us if you are interested in donating supplies. UW BLM organizes to hold UW accountable to not only it’s Black students and faculty but also the community that surrounds the University.
