Not sure if you can tell, but I have a HUGE smile under this mask! 😁 I want to thank @disneyland, @disneyparksblog, and @blacktapanaheim for inviting and hosting me for lunch today in #DowntownDisney! . As most of you know, Disneyland Resort theme parks remain closed, but some stores and restaurants in the Downtown Disney district have reopened for guests. Today was my first day visiting since the initial closure so I wanted to share what that was like. You can check out my stories for my real-time thoughts and reactions, but here’s the gist: ________ • Guest Parking is currently free in the Simba parking lot. Free is nice. ☺️ • Outdoor seating is available at the restaurants, however, if you’re like me and aren’t quite comfortable dining in public yet, @blacktapanaheim has a QR code menu and made it really easy to pick up our order to-go. • Temperature checks are required when you go through security (quick and easy) and guests are required to wear a mask at all times while not seated to eat (and you must be seated while eating/drinking) •The crowds are moderate. For a Tuesday afternoon, I was excited to note that the crowds were not excessive. While they also weren’t particularly light, I did feel like I could comfortably keep a safe distance from other guests. . Full blog post coming soon, but in the mean time if you have questions about something specific I haven’t mentioned here or in my stories, feel free to ask in the comments! . #DisneyCreators #DowntownDisney
